BOOKING POLICY
When booking your appointment, you agree that we require 24 hours notice upon cancellation. If we receive less than this notice we require a 50% fee of total services booked which must be paid upon late cancellation & before your next appointment is booked.
If you don’t show to your appointment and give no notice you will be required to pay a 100% fee of total services booked.
All booking will receive a reminder text message 48 hours before their appointment, which gives ample time to call to cancel/reschedule. These come at no charge to my clients.
Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

FAQS
CAN I HAVE MY EYEBROWS DONE AND MY SPRAY TAN DONE ON THE SAME DAY?
You can only have your spray tan done on the same day as brows IF you are prepared to be only sprayed from neck down. If we spray tan the face over areas that have been waxed, the skin is sensitive and the solution will not stick to those areas properly. If you are having your brows tinted/hennaed, these WILL turn orange if sprayed. Generally speaking, it is best to have your spray tan done 24-48 hours AFTER your brows!
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
At Browhaus we accept both cash & eftpos.
DO YOU CATER TO PREGNANT WOMEN?
Of course! We have a fully electric bed that can be adjusted any which way to make you as comfortable as possible. All treatments at Browhaus are ok to have while pregnant, although results may vary in some services due to higher hormone levels.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Usually this is a yes due to the short duration of most services but due to the recent pandemic I advise you to PLEASE leave your kids at home.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Big YES! We do have gift certificates for your to purchase in salon.
WHAT IS A BROW LAMINATION?
Brow lamination is a process of restructuring the brow hairs using a chemical straightening solution to keep them in a desired shape/direction, creating a full fluffy brow! The perfect brow perming treatment for anyone whose brow hairs are irregular in direction, have any gaps in between hairs or who desire that groomed, brushed-up look. Lasting anywhere from 4-8 weeks.
